From the Sunnah

The Prophet ﷺ told us not to wait.

It is the duty of a Muslim who has something to be given as a bequest not to have it for two nights without having his will written down regarding it.
The Prophet ﷺ · narrated by Ibn UmarSahih Muslim 1627 · Sahih al-Bukhari 2738

إِنَّكَ أَنْ تَذَرَ وَرَثَتَكَ أَغْنِيَاءَ خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَنْ تَذَرَهُمْ عَالَةً يَتَكَفَّفُونَ النَّاسَ

It is better for you to leave your inheritors wealthy than to leave them poor, begging others.

Said to Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas when he wanted to give most of his wealth away. His only heir at the time was his daughter.

The Prophet ﷺ · to Sa'd ibn Abi WaqqasSahih al-Bukhari 2742 · Sahih Muslim 1628

Writing a will is strongly recommended, and obligatory where you owe debts or hold something in trust. Ask your own scholar which applies to you.

  • I keep the deadline. Your signed plan within 30 days.
  • Miss it, and you get your fee back in full. Also if I don't deliver what I agreed in writing.
  • One condition: send me the documents I ask for within 7 days.

I guarantee the plan and the deadline, never a tax or court outcome.

Is this right for me?

A plan this thorough isn't for everyone. Here's how to tell.

This is for you if

  • You've built £1m or more.In property, a business or savings, and you want it to reach your family the right way.
  • You want one plan, not two compromises.Your faith and UK law, working together, instead of a template that tries to do both.
  • You're willing to act while you're alive.Gifting, transferring or restructuring some of what you own. That's where the real protection comes from.
  • You want a solicitor who knows your name.Me, one to one, not a call centre or a junior.

This isn't for you if

  • Your assets are under £1m.A straightforward Islamic will is the better fit, and it costs you less.
  • You're not ready to gift, transfer or restructure anything.A plan can't do its job if nothing moves. Come back when you are.
  • You want it done in ten minutes.I ask about 96 questions, because the detail is what protects your family. If you want a tick box exercise, this is not the place.
  • You'd rather put this off another year.Delay is the most expensive option. Take the time you need to decide, but decide this year.

You’ve probably been meaning to sort this outbut honestly my friend… I know life gets busy.

There are two ways
to do this.

Option one

Put it off, or hire a firm that drags it out.

Then one day it's too late. Your children should be grieving you, but they're stuck with solicitors.

  • Accounts can be frozen and the business put on hold.
  • A court case can drag on for up to two years.
  • HMRC can take up to 40% of everything above your allowances.

And your children, who you always told to stay close no matter what, suddenly stop speaking to each other, fighting over shares you never made clear to them.

Option two

Decide now, because tomorrow is never promised.

Have one conversation with me, and we restructure your assets correctly.

Your family's peace of mind is worth more than anything money can bring. Let them focus on making dua for you, not fighting over what you left.

You are not committing to anything. It is just the first safe step.

But why CEOwills?

Difficulty

You've worked tirelessly for the success, the property, the business. But without the right legal architecture, that legacy is fragile.

A poorly drafted clause, an outdated will or an incorrect property title can unravel years of effort in a single moment.

Hi friend, I'm Adnan.

I'll tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear.

Most advisers hand you a document, then ignore your calls and messages. I don't. I work with you one to one on a fixed fee, and I stay with you until your assets are restructured and your plan is signed.

My mission

I am on a mission to help 100,000 Muslim CEOs like you

I ask CEOs and property owners like yourself one question: what are you going to do with everything you have built? Most of your families have no clue, and it genuinely hurts me when I hear it. You've spent decades building your empire and being the provider for your loved ones, but there is no plan for them once you're gone.

My mission is simple: help Muslim CEOs like yourself build, protect and pass on their assets, so you live your life with purpose and peace of mind.

Adnan Rafique on a mission to help 100,000 CEOs

I've helped CEO families protect their legacy for the past 15 years,
but it never felt like work or a choice. I felt chosen.

The story of young Adnan Rafique, aged 21

I watched a proud,
well-respected family fall apart.

I was first exposed to a loving family's severe crash-and-burn at just 21.

What I saw was a mega-successful family-owned business burn down, all because there was no will and no corporate succession plan.

The family was torn apart. There was litigation. Multi-million pound inheritances were squandered in legal fees. There were arguments and fights.

If you manage businesses or properties, a will and a succession plan are absolutely vital.

Verbal agreements and false expectations can't be relied on when it matters, under UK law or in your family.

What stayed with me

My brothers and sisters,
it was who paid for it all.

Financially, emotionally and sometimes physically. It has scarred me since I was 21. It wasn't even the passing of the person, but the people it left behind, during the worst moment of their lives.

Estate planning is not just paperwork and clarity. It is what the Prophet ﷺ advised us to do, and it is your last act of leadership.
If you're reading this in 2026

This is the last act of your
leadership and struggle.

Estate planning is deciding, while you still can, how everything you built will look after the people you love, and leave them enriched.

That is why I built CEOwills on four pillars: Financial, Legal, Risk and Regulatory.

Your first step
